Diana worked at West Deptford Middle School for over 21 years as a secretary to the Vice Principal and enjoyed the camaraderie with the staff and helping the students.  She served as a Volunteer at Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, PA for several years and loved greeting and meeting new people from all over the world who visited the Peirce- du Pont House.  Diana was an expert knitter, excellent writer, and a true nature lover-flowers, birds, trees.  Her love of writing and words inspired her to start a writing group in the community.  She also loved art, music, and reading.  Diana cherished her family and had many dear friendships that she held close to her heart.  A life filled with extensive travel afforded her the opportunity to see many wonderful places both in the United States and abroad.
